Glad Hatters is an organization that makes and sells hats, purses, and scarves to help support Minian Nadjan, a 10-year-old child in Mali, Africa. After selling our hats, we send $35 a month to Minian though WorldVision , an organization that works with children and their families worldwide to help cure injustices like poverty, starvation, and minimal education. Our $35 a month will be put towards giving food and water to Minian and her family, and towards teaching children and building wells and homes in her community. We hope that you would like to help us on our mission and buy a homemade hat, purse, or scarf.

Dear Sponsor,
I am very happy to be your sponsored child. My name is Minian dite Nadjan. I live with my parents in a village called Koulikoroni located at 126 km from Bamako, the capitol city of Mali.
My parents are farmers, they grow some millet, maize, sorghum and peanuts. Our main food is made with the flour of the cereals that we grow. There are two seasons in Mali here. The dry season is from October to May and the rainy season is from June to September.
Our house is built with clay mud bricks. It is at 100 meters from the clean water, 100 meters from the school, and 6 km from the market. There is a tree and a shed is our house yard.
I attended school. I am in grade 5. It is the sponsorship volunteer who helps me to write this letter to you. I will be happy to read from you soon.
